Marie Rufo is the Chief of Staff at ENOS Consulting Group, Inc., where she plays a key role in strengthening client relationships and elevating the overall client experience. Alongside her leadership in client relations, she has served as the Executive Assistant to Founder and President Robert Krieger, offering strategic support and overseeing critical operations.
With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Marie Rufo was the Chief of Staff at the GRPAA home office. After relocating to California from the east coast, Marie worked as Executive Administrator for National Retirement Partners (NRP) since its inception in 2004. Upon the sale of NRP, Marie worked for LPL Financial. Marie started her career in the entertainment industry working for Lifetime Television as Technical Operations Manager. In 1997, Marie started her own minority-woman-owned, unionized property management firm, which serviced commercial buildings in and around the New York City area. The company is still in existence today. Marie moved on to work at Blackrock as an executive assistant for the Chief Investment Officer on the Fixed Income trading floor and Lazard Asset Management as a compliance associate. Marie attended Queens College and also secured several commercial building certifications.
In her spare time, Marie enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, and volunteering for a local Pet Rescue organization.
